An initial consultation includes an in-depth assessment of the options available to the client with a view toward achieving the most expeditious and financially sound resolution. When appropriate, referrals are made to other mediation or counseling professionals who can provide the necessary emotional support throughout this often traumatic period.
Lisa is a certified Collaborative Law attorney providing a welcome alternative to the traditional court and litigation practice commonly used by divorcing couples. The process promotes respect, places the needs of children first, and keeps control of the process with the spouses.
In those instances, however, where amicable resolutions are not possible, Lisa will utilize her years of experience to advocate for you each step of the way. She is committed to assist you through this challenging, emotional and complex process.
